1. Description

Base of material PPGI / PPGL: Prepainted plate generally refers to a product formed by coating(roller coating)the surface of the base plate firstly with paint or pasting it with organic film, then bake them later. Its final product could be made through deep processing. Color coated plate is excellent in the performance of decorative, forming, anti corrosion, strong adhesive force the coating, as well as keeping the color fresh for a long period of time.

Surface metal sheets: usually hot galvanized, coated steel sheet (also stainless steel, copper, aluminium)

Adhesive: the metal sheets are attached to the core insulation material with adhesive
